In 2004, Clear Lake Lumber, Inc. made the decision to open up a distribution yard/warehouse in Millersburg, OH. The facility was designed to sell smaller quantities of hardwood lumber to vendors in Holmes county and other surrounding areas. The hardwood lumber is sold in quantities varying from the minimum of 100 board feet to whole trailer truck loads.

Now, in 2006, Clear Lake Lumber, Inc. has secured an area in New Holland, PA where they will be building another distribution facility. This will be the 2nd facility for Clear Lake Distribution. It will be servicing various vendors in the Lancaster area.
